Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate $5.95, FedEx 2nd Day $19.95, FedEx Standard Overnight $24.95
How long does it take to receive my order?
Expect your order in 5-7 business days.
Can I check on my order status?
Yes. When you login to your account, there is a tab for order status. From there you can check to see where you order is and if it has been shipped.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We are happy to accept returns on unworn item(s) within 30 days of the original shipment date. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and if the return is processed within 30 days of the original ship date we will issue a full refund, and credit the original shipping costs. If your order is past 30 days we will issue merchandise credit for your item(s) up to 90 days from original ship date. You are responsible for shipping the merchandise back, return shipping costs, and will not receive credit for original shipping costs. No returns accepted past 90 days.
Reasons for return must be submitted
- Wrong item received
- Item missing from shipment
- Item was damaged when arrived
- Item is the wrong size
- Unhappy with the item
If you would like to return an item, please call customer service at (888) 201-1867 Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM ET. Customer service will issue you a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on a copy of your original shipping invoice, and also write this number on your return shipping label. You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. I have not received my order, what should I do?
If you have not received your order please login to your account and check your order status, then track your order through the carrier’s website. If there still is a problem please contact us at email@example.com.
